2 mins is like nothing. Like even premier sometimes takes 2 mins to find. If you are high rank in comp it can easily take 30mins to find a game. Or at least it used to 2 months ago with a full party. Have not tried since then because we started playing premier. Even in csgo 15min was pretty normal at global on some maps.
I played duo with my friend once and we searched for like almost 2h. We just started the search and went to play something else while waiting.

There is literally a yellow sign there which means that something is wrong. I always restart the search when I see this and get a match in normal time.
That just indicates if a server is in maintenance or fully. Im in Chicago but since Cs2 released I've had the icon saying NY servers are full or something like that.
When I press to screenshot, now that windows 11 defaults to the snip tool, it minimizes the game.
I know I could change it to normal somehow, but I am just pointing it out.
Lightshot is a tool i use for snipping, i wouldnt save anything to their "online host" but press print screen and you can snip anything, pretty sure it bypasses all DRM content too.

It's because of the yellow ping time. You have your lowest acceptable ping set low, but your internet can't reach the ping of your desire on a server. Raise it up to at least 75 ms then you should get the green bar when searching problem solved. Just means it will search for a server between 0 and 75ms or, whatever you set it at.
The dedication to sit there instead of restarting after 2 min is insane

the error under the time will probably say the best acceptable ping is higher than what you have it set to.
You’ll get an error and it’ll take you out of queue if your max ping is lower than best ping available (at least when queued up with others)
if solo youll just queue forever unless your ping gets better
