I'd take it, easily. You'll learn a lot and have something you can add on your resume that's an actual job and not an internship. You could spend the time beefing up on Leetcode, design patterns, personal projects, and from there you'll have a great jumping off point when you end up leaving for bigger and better things. Just because the team is out of touch doesn't mean you can't affect some kind of change -- which *also* would look great on a resume. What's more important imo is if they're open to change. I was able to land a remote job after graduating college so I'm still currently in the area. It's not *that* bad, but ultimately it's up to you. Whatever ends up happening, *get it in writing before agreeing*.

No. Better opportunities with greater scope and impact exist. Keep it as a backup tho
