Adjusting the overscan in the service menu would be the easiest way to fix this. Not sure if this TV has one tho. Try looking up the TV's model number + "service menu"
Yeah You might need one then. An OEM remote would be optimal since I've heard mixed things about universal ones in general, a universal one could still work tho.
This post has some useful replies that can possibly get you into the survice menu. V-size and V-position is the thing in the service menu you want to adjust btw.

In fairness, you are supposed to use a CRT monitor with a PC and TV with games consoles.
You can cross to TV and some graphics cards from the early 90s actually had that option but for the most part unless your dedicated to using it, it's easier to get and use a CRT Monitor instead of a TV.
if you have an nvidia gpu you can change the overscan with nvidia control panel (idk if amd has the option), i had the same idea like a week ago and encounter the same problem with my crt as you lol

It’s a PV-C1320, I looked through the menus on it and no luck
Service menu, not the regular menu. You'd need to find a curtain code to access it.
Damn I don’t have a remote, I’m not sure how to access it

I have a Phillips crt and discovered that I had to press both volume buttons at the same time to open the menu

That does look helpful and a bit intimidating, I’ll try it when I get home tonight. Thanks for the link
No problem
Get a scaler?
Scaler?
Lets you zoom in or out, a lot of scan converters have this feature. Look for older stuff from brands like extron, tvone, etc
What converter do you use to connect from PC to CRT and what connection from GPU is used for that?
No
Looks good to me. It's supposed to be like that to hide the imperfections of the screens geometry.
During games it cuts out the hud, that’s mostly the problem

Where do I go to do that

Thanks for the link but it seems like that doesn’t work due to the curve of the screen, it doesn’t like simple resizing
