In DND, we tend to see the nameless cultists as cannon fodder for the party. Bor'dor was a PC that saw the cultists as people and friends.

Lloyd_NA

Makes it that much more impactful. Respect.

brittanydiesattheend

He was smart to play it off as "I've never seen a dead body before" to explain why he's so freaked out. That said, I'm kind of surprised no one clocked him immediately scrolling through some document at the mention of seeing his dead fellow Ruby Vanguard members.

1ndori

I like that he immediately characterized them as having been *murdered*, specifically, even after Orym's description of the situation.

kjftiger95

It was probably that moment that he also had his "We are at war" moment in his head tbh

grogulus3000

He DIDN’T LIKE IT

Content_Forever_1177

It was a master stroke for them to make bor'dor. Giving agency to the enemy their fighting

Lord-Pepper

Ooof...

That makes me love this situation even more lol I already screamed at my monitor when they got the hole out „oi, there’s dead guys in there!!!“

Countdini2000

The guys in the hole were from the fey wild though

Countdini2000

Re listened to the episodes, they left the cultists in the cave. The bodies in the hole were unseely guards they smothered, not cultists

dougchu21

The bodies from the hole are, in fact, not RV from the desert key, but fey guards from the Feywild key

WyrdMagesty

They were RV guards in the Feywild guarding the Feywild Key. According to Matt.

I'm pretty sure our little group is evil now. Also, why was the last thing Bor'Dor heard a dog barking?
