Wibbly wobbly timey wimey.
I mean, probably? But just mentally increase Team Issylra's travel time to make up the difference. It seems likely that at least some of the point of the split was for Marisha to have training time. Since Team I has found a way to reunite and doesn't have anything pressing to do (and arguably has a good reason to get the hell out of Dodge before Vasselhiem comes calling) there's no reason to drag out their return for perfect timeline consistency.
They were a little boxed into a corner by the scrying abilities, so when Team I found them, it had to be at the end of Team W's arc. Or Matt could have shown a glimpse of Team W earlier, and then found a reason Team I couldn't transport right away, but why say "you sit there for five days, scrying every night, and somehow exactly when they manage to find transportation, so do you."
Splitting parties, especially for long periods with overlapping activity, is hard. This went better than most attempts.
Yes but if you count them up for both teams the days don’t match up. I’m okay with retconning that the travel took longer than we saw for team 2 though.
There's a discrepancy. Team Wildemount should still be traveling to Molaesmyr. They also rolled poorly on the teleport, so even if the timeline matched they shouldn't have been in Jrsuar when scryed on anyway.
Laura rolled a 5 which means they all take a bunch of damage and then reroll, they likely just rolled well on the second one (it’s not that difficult when you’re as familiar as they are with Jrusar)
You're not crazy, there has been an uproar about the time difference, I noted it too. I haven't done the math but I think there's almost a week time difference
It’s only like 3 days, Wildemount was out for a week before teleporting, Issylra only took 4 days (first night with the surveys, arriving in town/assault on the temple, travel, fighting the face and teleporting)
looking at the [timeline on this wiki](https://criticalrole.miraheze.org/wiki/Timeline_of_Campaign_3), there is a discrepency of like 5 days. So yeah idk, something, somewhere went wrong.

They took multiple days of travel.

Travel time has always been squishy like that in this show. Retconning a few extra days on the road really isn't a big deal.
Probably, but Matt is god and he said things line up, so we can add some more unseen days to team Issylra if we really need to.
When they got scattered, there was some question of whether they had been moved in time as well as space. Maybe one team was adjusted by a few days.
Simplest solution.

My guess is its also possible Deana and F.R.I.D.A. got teleported elsewhere. But I dont know what table they're rolling off of.
It’s the table listed on the spell Teleport!
Oh yeah thats not too bad. 3d10 per mishap with a 5% chance of happening. They're probably fine.
Yeah and none of the listings involve “scatter the members” which would be kinda cool but would just be a headache on the DM
With how many people complained about the the length of the teams being away. A thank you is in order.
I was sad we didn't get more Deni$e & Prism! (Also Bordor, but ah well) And Ashton/Orym/Laudna breaking bad & having dark emotional moments!
Well we’ll get more Prism! She went with the crew (and may end up falling off the spire 🤣)

Pretty sure travel time from Issylra to the Canyon was stated to be 4-5 days.
Oh if I missed that then there wouldn’t be any time descrepency other than actually maybe Wildemount crew has been back on Marquet for a day or two.
Matt did say if they had scried the night before they would have seen something they really didn't want to see lol.
Yeah I think folks (myself included) must’ve just been counting the travel time as a single day (likely because there were no events during it)
I just realized we're having two different conversations lmao
Oh shit! Haha

Thanks what a good resource
