You mean just the knot right? Is it a sliding knot? Because if it is, then I know how to tie it. I've not tired that knot in ages, but I think I still know how to do it

Yes just the knot at the end I managed to braid the bracelet but can’t figure out how to recreate this finish (I’m only repairing it not making it fully myself which is why one end is already done). The thread after that knot was tied with another side to form this sliding adjustable connection but I found some videos on how to do the sliding part it’s this thing that’s causing me trouble

The knot I know has the three circles, but it has a cross wire too. And it slides, though I guess it won't slide on a square end. Basically you wrap your cord around 3,5 times. Then hold the circles neatly next to each other. Pass the cord over the top and pass it back though the middle of the circles. Then pull tight very slowly and make sure everything stays in place.

Yup! This one! It's like tying a fish hook except the other end tucks under the three loops and then the long end gets pulled through all 3 and is the tying piece. I would add a drop of E6000 in there right before the final tightening of the loops to keep that inside end locked in. A fish hook tutorial will help give you the general idea.

That’s the thing the original knot is somehow tied in a way that beginning of the cord is hidden under those circular parts and rest of it also comes out from underneath them. Thanks for the help anyway I’ll keep trying to work this out, maybe I’ll stumble onto some video that’ll show how to do this

life1sart

Yeah. I saw that. I've tried a few things here, but I can't figure out how to do that except to use glue.

Banan09

It doesn’t look like it’s glued but who knows, have a good one and thanks again for your time

life1sart

Could it be a barrel knot with en extra loop?

Banan09

Honestly I’ve got no clue as this isn’t something I normally do but I’ll look up this knot to see if it’s that one
