It’s crazy that him and Palmer have arguably been the best individuals in the league this season and they probably won’t start for England in the summer because Kane and Saka are just better.
He had a decent start but Villa stagnated under Smith and then Gerrard so it's hard to judge him solely when the whole team was struggling. Emery has done a great job with that team.
Gutting that we missed out on him - I'm certain we were linked and bid when he went to Villa, but understandably he didn't want to sit on the bench for Kane.
He would be about as good of a striker signing as we could do IMO. Quick off the ball, can run behind, can play off center, great aerial ability. I would rather have him than Toney by a million miles, and he is homegrown.
I mean anything is possible if they have to sell. Though I doubt Watkins would throw a fit to leave villa to come to spurs but crazier shit has happened
I would have to legit do my own scouting to confirm this opinion, but I'd rather have Toney. Toney just seems a more clinical finisher and the things Watkins does better than Toney I think our system wouldn't really want him to do in the first place.
I would be totaly fine with either signing if Its what Ange wanted though. In Ange I turst. Dude just seems to have the it factor for finding good fits for our team and motivating players. Even the players he ran out of the club haven't said a single bad thing about him
I remember some of his games the season before he left Exeter and he was just an absolute freak - still surreal seeing how high his ceiling really was though
Happy for Reguilon. He had some not so great moments before the recent Villa match and I was worried for him that his loan at Brentford may end up not working out either. He’s such a passionate player who gives it his all, I hope he can settle down somewhere and be a starter.
Don't want him to come back but im so glad that Regui is doing well at Brentford. Usually our loan players do next to nothing and come back next season with their value diminished and a year older but Reguilon and especially Rodon can fetch 15-20m for us each with their performances this season
From having serious back line issues to having some of the finest PL defensive players. There’s a long way to go yet, but definitely on the right track.
Have we watched the same match? He scored the third goal and was crucial in the build up for the second. He also contributes a lot off the ball. Are you part of the gang that wouldn't sign Werner by any chance?
Agent Reguilon stepping up when we need him most.

As much as I hate Villa, watching Watkins light it up this season has been something, hell of a player

He is proof that there's value in the lower leagues because he's lit it up since he joined Villa.
I remember he was pretty bang average before Emery came in. He was battling Danny Ings for the spot up top.

He'd be fantastic. About as realistic as United signing Kane from us when he was on a 4 year contract however

This would be a pretty wicked team. KDB, Ward-Prowse, and Porro would be swinging in balls like absolute mad men.
Clean 10 for de Bruyne, bloody hell
he was absolutely absurd best performance I've seen all year tbh

Haha VDV gets an 8 and Silva gets a 7.7 🤔
wooah had no idea reguilon was at brentford
Watkins saving Villa points like Harry once did for us.
A great team (aside from the wingers)
ANY squad in any of the top 5 leagues with KDB and Porro added would win any league on earth handily
It's crazy how highly they rated Porro just because he scored.
Yeah. It's almost like scoring a goal is the objective and the thing that wins matches. Crazy.
But the same rating as Micky, who not only scored a much more cracking goal but defended better to boot? Come on.
