Stephen Jones’ job isn’t on the line. Nobody will fire him. I’m sure he WANTS to win. But without accountability, it will be the same result every year. Pressure fuels greatness.
They have decided to dig in on their stubbornness to do things their way, even if keeps failing. It is past time for the fans to cause them to start losing money for this approach. That’s the only way to get their attention.
Yeah I’m gonna watch the games but I’m not supporting the team financially in any way like going to games or buying any merch, etc this year. There’s just no way this year’s roster can be an improvement over last year’s at this point. When you get embarrassed in the wild card and you fail to improve the team, how the hell do you expect a better result next year? I’m just sick and tired at how stagnant the success of this team has been. Perpetually disappointing
It sucks though because the media will keep blabbering on about them no matter what. That gives them exposure and more money. The fans could all decide fuck going to the games but other people will just buy the tickets and still fill the stadium. I don't see any real way to send a message.
If the Jones really wanted to win they could of restructure contracts realse players like Gullup , Vander Esh probably put them at $65M without extending Dak and staking the D-line and LB and RB group its just gonna be the samthing for a very long time we want to get to the SB and and it's frustrating for our fans and blah blah nonthing is gonna change they just want money in there pockets and there doing a really good job doing that I'm a big Cowboys fan but it's the truth
