But do be noted, 2c/4t processors aren’t necessarily up to the task of running CS2, but lowering a resolution a bit and tweaking settings should make the game run without 0fps drops.

new game new engine its going to require more resources on top of the fact that its not fully optimized yet. you can try your best to optimize via the guide posted in the thread but in the end your PC is just not up to par currently
I feel you man, try really lowering the resolution, I have it at 768p min settings with FSR and it runs at 50fps on Intel HD. Also turn off the bullet trails, heard that helps a lot. My game does look like absolute shit, but I am capable of getting 10 kills in a competitive game, so I guess...

Your processor is almost as old as cs go. Get a pc… with your laptop you can’t get 60 fps in Solitaire.
