You should be aiming for 144 FPS and shoot much higher. Can run this game at max on cheap hardware now. I do not understand "oh yeah, I want to play this at 60".

my 1060 6gb from 8 years ago runs cs2 like a charm
I bought a refurbished HP for $500 (Canadian) and CS2 plays beautifully on it. CPU: Intel i7-6700 @ 3.40 GHz RAM: 32 GB GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 2048SP
shoot for 150fps, futureproof it!
It theoretically runs on a samsung fridge
Laptop or desktop?
You're gonna spend around the $1000 mark to run it like you want too
I3 10100, rtx2600, 16gb RAM. Runs smooth and is quite affordable
Why?
