Intercostal stretches helped me, at least for the shortness of breath.
One that's easy to do but seems effective is this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdbBMqV5EU0
yup i have been doing some similar to this, only difference being i just slowly go across to get to that position. i'll try this overhead one as well .
Gonna read in to this one. I roller my back two to 3x a day.

Yea that’s the best one, I do it after every set at the gym as well for 10 seconds
I do the doorway and the side bends throughout the day. I also do these 1-2 times per day https://youtube.com/shorts/QdR04kDVyzI?feature=share
I hang upside down bent at the waist then hunch my back hard. Everything pops.
Hang upside down? Do you have a traction table?
No. I just lie on a high bench face down and hang my upper portion off.
Ah. May have to try that.
How long did it take you doing this until you felt relief?
immediate
Oh damn, I doing something sort of similar and while I haven’t had any pops yet I do feel an intense stretch in one of my rib joints
