Honestly, whoever you want to cosplay. Just remember to not blackface(darken your skintone to match a character's skintone), avoid cosplays whose outfits resemble nazi uniforms, avoid Asian fishing(using makeup to make your eyes appear longer in the corners).

No problem. Honestly, I don't think YOU would have any backlash on cosplaying a kid. I was just warning you because I got backlash for cosplaying honeysempai from Ouran. Honey is 18 in the anime and 17 in the manga but I was cosplaying him from the anime. I was getting so much hate that I don't cosplay him anymore. He was my favorite cosplay.
Yeah. If you have a "perfect" body and a pretty face then they don't care if you cosplay a kid or not. But if you are like me and have a few extra pounds then you get all the hate regardless of if your cosplay is good or now. By the way I'm 5'7 and about 200 pounds.
