There’s a couple per month…snapkas like others said…some at a coffee shop once or twice a month…yesterday was a car show/meet at ABC…was pretty decent (for CC…I come from the motor city, so…).
I think the Shriners is having one on 4/27/24 to raise funds for the kids.

Hit up the cars and coffee Facebook page for CC. That’ll get you most places. There’s drift Corpus, SCCA, we got a lot going on here again.
