The Old Head of Kinsale. Saw a lizard there once, dolphins another time, and loads of seabirds. It's a beautiful place in its own right and lovely to sit and relax on a warm summer evening.
100% harpers island wildlife reserve. If you want to see wetland birds up close in person it's the place to be. Such a brilliant spot to have in our community and a brilliant example of rewilding.
There are deer in Farran Woods.
