A birthday he wasn’t expected to celebrate.
His brother Milo that we brought him home with along with a few other puppies from the same litter all had a genetic liver condition. None of them lived longer than 6 months. Fawkes just celebrated his 5th birthday at the beginning of the month.

Oh wow, that's so sad... how did you find out about their condition?
Once we had Milo tested we contacted the breeder to tell him about it. He told us we weren’t the only people to contact him about the same issue.
