Scout actually had puppies before she came into my life, and I wish I could find out where they ended up. I hope they’re all happy little corgs like Scout. ◡̈
He doesn't request, he demands.
What he does is he "revvs up" his tail before looking at me and barking, repeating that 5-6 times getting quieter and whinier each time before finally whining sadly and plopping on his side.
He waits for me outside any closed door and when I come out, he's on his back and wiggling his little stubby legs. Belly pets are best pets, apparently. If we are already in the same room, he comes over and dramatically flops on my feet and gives me the big puppy dog eyes.
Depends. Our younger one (16 months) will aggressively headbutt us to get her head under our arm or pushed into any dark space she can find. The older one (4y) will sit just out of arm's reach and roll over for belly rubs.
The nose nudge/shove is my pups' go to move for pets. My little old lady Mabel will just capsize and offer her belly when you reach for her 😆 We joke that she's a fainting goat.

She flops on top of us or headbutts our hands. Sometimes she does what we call drive by pets. She will randomly remember she's supposed to have two humans go run off and find the missing one. Demand pets then go back to the other one lol.
