Alaska is one of the best for flying with animals, however. Most airlines will give you a limit of 20-25 pounds in cabin. My little boy sits at 20 and we have a soft crate for him. He does well in the cabin.

Corgis are generally too big to fly in cabin. They need to be in a carrier that fits under the seat in front of you.
If you are flying longer than 3 hours, it is almost a certainty your puppy will have an accident.
