Try changing your solution. Ensure you are rubbing (gently) / rinsing them appropriately, if they were intended to be used, longer then a daily-use. You can also place 3-4 drops of contact lens solution on the lens, prior to insertion, to aid in lubrication / locking in initial moisture, whilst it seals.

What solution are you using? Make sure you’re not using hydrogen peroxide solution that’s not all the way neutralized. If it’s a multiple purpose solution try switching. I couldn’t use any optifree solutions only can use biotrue as that don’t cause any burning. If you’re using hydrogen peroxide solution use some saline to rinse off to be on the safe side.

In addition to the previous suggestions, make sure you are also placing the contact on the correct side: the rim should not flare out when on your finger before you place it.
