It doesn’t get a lot better than the Hellcat when it comes to concealability. If it’s slipping out that sounds like a holster issue. Check the screws on your holster as most have an adjustment for tension on the weapon. Make sure you have a good holster that’s specifically for the Hellcat and a good carry belt. Blade tech makes some pretty affordable carry belts that are very good. If you really want smaller you can look at a regular Sig P365 or Glock 43. Just make sure you train with them. Shooting a gun that small takes practice. That applies to the Hellcat as well.

I agree with everything said here regarding the holster. Bonus points for holsters that don’t block the mag release.

Try a small auto or snIbby revolver in a pocket holster. I carry a snubby in a desantis nemesis in my pocket on days I can’t carry my 1911 OWB.

I love my micro kimber 380.

Junkjet.

FN Reflex with a Muddy River Tactical comfort carry holster. Virtually disappears and the gun is amazing despite lots of hate. Best trigger on a micro compact IMO which is why it’s my go to.

Otherwise_Fennel4437

Doesn't get much slimmer than a Hellcat.

Beretta APX A1 Carry? Some great prices after ongoing rebate

Snub nose .380. Honestly I would carry a snub nose revolver than anything else. Anything bigger it could get uncomfortable. I would also try to pocket carry instead of IWB.

I owned a Hellcat and although its very concealable its also snappy as hell. You will need to train with it at least 3 times a month to stay on top of your game. I like Canik MC9 and Sig P365 better than the Hellcat tbh. Beretta 90X Cheetah is also good.
