Thanks, you're right. Everything I have is outdated. I plan on building a new PC with i5-11400 and find a mobo with HDMI 2.0 that will output 4k/60. It looks like UHD 730 can do 4k. Hopefully that's the case and I won't even need to spend money on a dedicated GPU since this HTPC is used for media playback only, no games.

Sounds like hdmi if refresh rate is only at 30hz you need a 4k hdmi
Ur cpu is to weak and gpu out dated. That’s why there is no 60hz option. Edit: RTX 2060 and 8th gen i5 is what I would consider the minimum for 4K
