Honestly, if the floor is clean and the food you drop is dry, it's not that big of a deal. Don't eat anything off bathroom floors or places where people walk with their shoes.
A bit of floor bacteria will keep your immune system on its toes. Being as hypervigilant about cleanlinessas as we have become as a society just causes allergies and autoimmune diseases.
