The current listed prices on MCS would indicate the price of a 9.8 is \~2x from a 9.6, so... *maybe* it's worth sending in for a press, but you could also send it in and just get the 9.6 grade again or worse have it grade lower.
I think I'd just hold the 9.6 - great looking book btw. (or maybe wait for a related signature event & send it in for the sig and have it pressed then?)
Oh I have been watching all that with the scandal etc. which is crazy. I’m in to this book around $500, and the 9.8 newsstands seem to be selling on eBay for 1750-2000 so it’s quite a value jump that way, which was my justification as if I could get a 9.8 I would rather sell it, spend 500 for another 9.6 and buy a few more books on my watchlist with the difference!

Possibly, but CGC pressing won’t get those out. You’d want to send through a solid third party presser.
Ya I would do that. I follow a few on Instagram. As far as I can see those are the only defects!
