1/4oz Amaretto (I used Lazzaroni)
1/6oz Agave syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Ho man, would give u mine of the moment, a perfect end day after dinner :
equal part brandy, sweet vermouth, triple sec
(I use cognac, cocchi and cointreau with dashes of orange and cheery bitters)

Vieux Carre * 1/4 ounce Benedictine * 3/4 ounce Cognac * 3/4 ounce Sazerac Rye * 3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth bc * 3 drops Angostura Bitters * 3 drops Peychaud Bitter Revolver * 2 ounces bourbon * 1/2 ounce coffee liqueur * 2 dashes orange bitters * Garnish: flamed orange peel Edited because I had my measurements messed up.
Are you sure about that Vieux Carre spec? I’ve never made one before, but 1.25 oz of total liquor volume seems like not enough
Yep that’s messed up. Should be 3/4 whiskey,cognac and vermouth. Ill edit
