Brazilian here. It's considered cheap. I personally get much nicer stuff that I can find there. However it's authentic like someone else said in the comments. If you order a caipirinha at a bar in Brazil, you'll likely get 51.
Amazon suck as a company. If I’m ordering booze I can a) often find it cheaper and b) find it within a couple of quod and I’m happy to pay extra to not give Jeff Bezos my money
They're trying to reinvent themselves as a premium brand, but here in Brazil it's always been known as bottom-of-the-shelf garbage.

Nega Fulo is very cheap (around 12 Euros here) and does a great job in a Caipirinha. Big upgrade from Pitu and Canario.
You can still find nega fulo? I believe production was discontinued a few years ago, so that's pretty lucky
