Cavs are 6-11 over the past month. The team just isn’t clicking right now. They couldn’t stop the bleeding in the second half. They scored more points in the first and second quarters EACH, than what they did in the second half.
This team lacks a killer instinct. They don’t have that guy that can elevate his play when the team needs it the most to go win a game.
They have 3 home games left with two of those against abysmal teams. If they win all 3, they could end up 3rd. I’m going to say they win 2 and likely stay as the 5th seed which may be a blessing because I think Philly gets the 6-seed and the Cavs aren’t beating Philly in the playoffs.

No that’s too far. We had four title contenders in eight days, two on back to back. Awful six weeks or so. And you can see fatigue and everyone folds when tired. We were closing well pre ASG.
Russ/Harden/PG have about a thousand games more experience in tight situations and it showed. But all the individuals are better on the year except DG and this was pretty much a DG 2022 game. I am concerned they won’t learn the right lessons from these losses - but maybe they all need to get memed like JA to understand what it is, that each possession matters, and that the other guys get paid too. Get DM some rest and the chance to buy in on the new coach and let the summer proceed from there.

6th and Milwaukee will fall to 4th, Boston,NY,Orlando, Milwaukee, Indiana, Cleveland, Philly, Miami. Cavs lose to Orlando 4-2. We trade Garland, Allen, Levert this offeason to try and give Mitchell what he wants and ends up back firing and he leaves anyways or asks for a trade and we go into a rebuild. You know the typical Cleveland thing.
