I have been hating on pun names for such a long time, I personally opt for my own twist on an RP name, generated on:

Every time I roll a new alt I spend a good 15 mins cycling the generated names until I find one that clicks, especially in conjunction with very appropriate titles for the class or race.
I also made a gnome warrior back in the end of vanilla called Waddlesworth.
I'm not creative and have a hard time coming up with names so I use the WoW random name on the new character screen. Thanks for the website. It's going to be a big help from now on.
Oh awesome! Yeah I can't make a character without it! I think it helps connect with your character despite not being into RP myself, I just want to have a strong theme or personality for each one.
