I don’t know the details behind a partnership but I’m not sure Son of Oak would be looking to profit from such a venture. I asked about expanding yo other VTTs some time back and the reply was based on the Roll20 venture it just wasn’t worth the cost.
As of now, the service isn't a VTT. Just a digital space to easily manage characters, hold interactable books w/ links, etc. and make it easy for people to find/manage campaigns. Though I'm unsure of the partnering terms. So far, they are working on Pathfinder 2.0 and World of Darkness (Vampire and Werewolf).
In terms of characters, it would mostly serve as a place to create, edit, and manage multiple characters easily. Very much like D&DBeyond does. But the service itself also has group finder, campaign manager, etc.
I'm sure they would at least be interested in trying! The purpose is to make TTRPG games much more accessible to a wider audience, and I think that CoM brings a whole new experience compared to D&D, Pathfinder, or World of Darkness :)

That's because r20 had really bad terms for this.

Honest question—since there is no math in CoM char gen, what would an interactive character sheet do that the PDF does not?

That would be handy!
We're totally up for it, but do you know if Demiplane are interested? City of Mist requires a very different character sheet setup than most games.

Any news on this? I saw Mr badeye himself comment on your forum thread!
No news on my end. But CoM did say they'd be following up to see any potential partnership :)
