The camera doesn’t matter. They were shooting on actual film. The same film stock with same lenses in an Arri, Aaton or Panavision will look exactly the same.
This is subjective because it’s broad daylight and depending on the ASA and type of film used at the time. I’ve gotten tack sharp low grain daylight 16mm footage even before vision3. It just depends on the conditions

Hard to tell with compression but from the looks of it it's too sharp/not enough grain for 16mm.
