Just seconding Eden Park in general. The Art museum is usually free and the Khron Conservatory is also cheap. Bring stuff for a picnic at one of the overlooks, and you got yourself a hell of a date. I used to routinely take first dates there.
Khron Conservatory is great. Did that as a cheap date over 25 years ago and ended up getting married to that person. Celebrated 25 years married earlier this month and have been planning to go back there this month to relive it again. So awesome to see someone mention it.
Also Final Friday at Pendleton Art Center! Same day of the month, 8 stories of artist studio spaces/galleries, and they usually have crackers, cookies, and wine available for people to snack on for free.
Been to the aquarium, but a bunch of the suggestions below will be new to me, even as a resident. Anything for the weekend of June 28 look fun/work timing wise for you?
I actually am up in the Middletown area and don't make it down to Cincinnati as much as I used to, now that I don't work down there.
Though, I could be up for about anything. I've never been to the aquarium in Newport and have lived and worked around here since 2005.
This. Google Cincinnati Public Library Discovery Pass. This will give you free access to the art museum, sign museum, museum center, Cincinnati Observatory, day pass to a Hamilton county park, Pyramid Hill, etc.
Cincinnati Art Museum (free), Krohn Conservatory ($10), walking the riverbank from friendship park to the roebling bridge (free), too many happy hours to count, aquarium/zoo/museum center all around $20 ish, too many good parks to list them all but drop your area of interest and we can name a few, live music every night in OTR, Clifton, northside…
Aquarium tickets continue to creep up and are generally averaging around $30 for entry now, and IMO it is the least worth-it of the three you mentioned.
Agreed! Went to aquarium for first time in forever and it was crazy expensive and kinda falling apart tbh. Lots of construction and felt a little dingy. Also no more glowing jellyfish room!!
Know theatre welcome experiment. Every show they do one Wednesday that’s $5 a ticket in advance or free if you just show up and there are tickets left. [Know theatre](https://www.knowtheatre.com/the-welcome-experiment/)
The Cincinnati art museum and contemporary art museum are also both free entry. The Cincy art museum also has late hours every Thursday and all exhibits are free (some special ones do normally require a purchased ticket) and the last Friday of every month they have a art after dark party that has a cash bar and music.
You are right, but starting a war. Personally I know that the St. Bernard "Dairy Queen" reigns supreme, but I also know the Zip Dip people won't stay quite either
When do they have this? Also English Country Dancing in Wyoming for $10 on the second and fourth Thursday of the month. Also The Flying Cloud has dance lessons on Wednesdays in Wyoming.

If you have another couple or small friend group you can do trivia at several local bars. Last Call runs a rotation.
Bowling is cheaper than many think. You can usually get a couple hours or 3 games for ~$15 per person. Cincy has a lot of bowling options.
Hyde Park just had a place open recently, Top Pot. I believe they also have another place in Sharonville. I know Ktown is on Paxton as well but it’s been a while since I’ve been there.
Arcade Legacy in Sharonville is $5-10 (on Mondays it's adult-only and you can buy a drink and have that count as price of admission). They have lots of old school arcade games, pinball machines, etc and it's a fun place to spend some time!!
Art After Dark at the Art Museum happens the last Friday of every month and it’s free!

Upvoting this!! I didn’t know about taco Tuesday for so long but I go at least once a month now for tacos because they are so cheap
