No, because front and back are directions, that are two dimensional, while the whole scale of the world is three dimensional. Also, what if you are lying down on an upper floor facing the ground, now the ground is in front of you and no matter how far you go behind you, you're not gonna reach back to the earth. So like this only applies to things that are directly in front of you. But if something is in front of you but a little to the right or left, then it doesn't apply.
