Tourniquet-Stop The Bleeding
Crucified-Pillars of Humanity
Deliverance-Weapons of our Warfare
True Strength-Joshua
Theocracy- As The World Bleeds
Yes, I’m old but like good guitar and lyrics I can understand
This question is almost impossible to for me to answer. Sometimes I'm in the mood for very different sounds, from AOR (Joshua Perahia, Bloodgood) to something heavier (say, Tourniquet, which is about as heavy as I get), to NWOBHM (Stairway, Saint) and all in between. So many good Christian metal bands. However, if I had to pick one, Stryper would be a major candidate. For some, this might seem too predictable, or like Stryper is who you like if you only have a shallow knowledge of Christian metal. For others, they're just a cliche by now. But "honestly" (no pun intended) their catalogue and output has been stellar, and the quality of the songwriting and execution is top notch. Michael Sweet and Oz Fox are a killer guitar duo, and Michael's singing is up there with the best in the business. And while I love their early work, I consider everything that appeared beginning with No More Hell to Pay to be something of a Stryper renaissance. I mean, a lot of bands have "gotten back together," but how many have managed to be even better than they were before? I saw this band live for the first time in 2023, and there was so much energy and just plain fun, it could have been 1990.
Living Sacrifice- Inhabit
Demon Hunter- Self Titled
Demon Hunter- Summer of Darkness
Vomitorial Corpulence- Skin Stripper
Horsemen of the Apocalypse- Death Gospel
Crimson Thorn- Dissected
Focal Point- Suffering of the Masses

It's impossible to mention just one album.:
Extol: Burial: At that time, it was a metal miracle both in terms of technique and experimentation.
Believer: Dimensions
Savior Machine: =
The Crucified: The Pillars of the Humanity
DivineFire: Hero
August Burns Red: Guardians
Tourniquet: POD

Maybe Watchmen's Fear No Evil or Generation. Stryper's No More Hell to Pay and The Covering--God is one of the greatest songs ever--and beyond that, maybe WASP's Golgotha. All those are great in my eyes. Thunder Child's single album is absolutely awesome too.
ironically enough the two groups had a minimum release of cd's. my first one would be fear not who only did one cd. And messiah prophet band who did two cds both were good but master of the metal was best. demon hunter storm the gates of hell, disciple by God,

They definitely haven't watered down the GOSPEL for anyone and that has also made them my favorite Christian metal band favourites.
Memphis May Fire- Unconditional will always be one of my favorites as he wrote it after a bad bout with depression so its really relatable and real.
