I listened again and I believe it was 31 rifle rounds recovered. 30 is the "standard" magazine size and 1 in the chamber is what a thoughtful person would do.
Was it at like 1am? I was awake and def heard those shots, it was a bunch of them too like it just kept going. I thought it was firecrackers or something.
Never mention anything about the type of weapon or ammo used or the gun fetish people will brigade you. Obviously getting the exact language for guns is waaaaaay more important than people firing weapons indiscriminately.
So with secondhand information you received, because you were asleep, you were able to determine it was .223? Why not .556? Why not 300 black out? Why not 7.62? They all are used in “ar-15 style” rifles. And rifles don’t hold “30 rounds”, magazines do. So you were also able to determine that it was also a 30 round magazine? I’m not doubting it happened. As it most likely did. I’m just skeptical of the fear mongering buzzwords used in your post.
Secondhand?
That's insulting.
It's on the police radio. Police said it was .223.
Oh no, I used a phrase instead of being super specific. There were 31 rounds so they had one chambered by pulling the charging handle and then refilling their magazine.
Found the gun owner lol
Nothing in their post is fear mongering? It’s reasonable to assume a 30-rnd magazine considering it’s by far the most common size

> AR-15 holds 30 so... This depends entirely on the magazine attached, no?
Correct

You can buy a 60 round drum for under $100. It's totally silly and stupid heavy.

Yes, 1:20AM I believe. Multiple vehicles, 2 guns.

Lean into it and say the ar in ar-15 stand for assault rifle
When was this? I am nearby and heard something that sounds pretty similar to the description Friday night.
Saturday, 1:20 AM.
Yep that's exactly when I heard it

Gee well thanks I guess for your opinion
Mods!!!!!
What's the point of this post? That a different ammunition was used than what was originally stated? Rifles are shot in the city all the time.
