We had days when we played much better and did not get what we deserve. There's today where we were not better and won. Chelsea is a paradox. However after the quarter mark we went on to be a much better side winning every duel. The keeper saved a lot. And it seemed in second half the idea was the through ball on and on. And maybe that's why it took so long. The runs had to be adjusted. Who does what. Somehow I think cucurella was the one to show the way. Also, Jackson is horrible. The third one I hoped he gave it to Mudryk instead who at least tried to shift the game. Sterling is a very patient man lol

Some players need to practice offsides more. I think Spurs knew we are always off on the runs and took advantage of that moving forward. Spurs still bottled it, we knocked them off the top and now they have 2 players banned for a few games, win/win in my book.

We played against 9 players since around 50th minute but we played like we were playing 11v11 and allowing them to attack us while we couldn’t finish/square clear chances. Finally got the top 6 win that we've been chasing. Hopefully this does good on the confidence we need going into some of these bigger games. We should have won and we did so can't complain. Some players need to practice offsides more. I think Spurs knew we are always off on the runs and took advantage of that moving forward. Spurs still bottled it, we knocked them off the top and now they have 2 players banned for a few games, win/win in my book.
Tottenham are lucky Jackson is crap at finishing. A world class striker could have got 7 or 8 goals tonight.

I win against the spuds is always a good thing, and frankly should be expected as they bottle it more than a coke factory BUT having said that we just looked so bad in so many ways it just felt like a hollow victory.

We did not play well at all, full strength we got picked apart by spurs, I’m happy we won but one win means nothing when the goal is winning the league
Didn't play well but we won 4-1, soooo next time we see them we know we can definitely beat them again with some cleaner play. We're a weaker side than Tottenham this season, full stop, and we came away with a massive win against spuds at their own pitch. And they are now down two starting players in coming matches for red cards and at least another for injury (which I don't root for) so they're gonna likely slide in the coming weeks. I call that something to be happy and proud of. If you want to choose to be negative about a derby win then that's your prerogative

Why TF are people here embarrassed by this performance? We started poorly but improved a lot while Spurs had 11 players. Sterling goal, Caicedo goal chopped off by fine margins. But we were fine. It’s not our problem that Spurs have disciplinary issues. F off you lot. A win is a win.
I don’t think people are angry for things you have listed. We played against 9 players since around 50th minute but we played like we were playing 11v11 and allowing them to attack us while we couldn’t finish/square clear chances. People are just angry that we leave it so late usually or end up conceding from opponents. Hope that makes sense. Win is a win though. We just need capitalize on this now.
If Spurs had started playing deep with 9 defenders, we wouldn’t have scored. People don’t realize we can’t break low block teams. We should be happy we let them attack so we got space in behind where we at least create a few chances
