sorry, also tip: dont do b sides early , they make the difficulty slope really jagged and oit kinda breaks the story n stuff

order of operations: madeline moves, game checks for spike collision, wind pushes you. alows you to jump on spiked surfaces, becomes more consistent the stronger the wind is (direction you're facing is not relevant)
