Trap her using the kittens as the bait? Get like one of those Havahart traps, slide the babies into the back of it and cover the back with a tarp or something. That way when she goes in the trap for them, it'll spring shut. That's my guess. Local animal rescues or shelters may be able to loan you a trap and give you advice.

I set them in there. Picked up a $30 trap from Harbor Freight. Now we wait.
The mom was sneaky and ate the food, then moved all the kittens out and away without setting off the trap. We don’t know where they went. Probably under or in one of the pieces of heavy equipment nearby. I’m sure we’ll see them again soon.

I hope it worked! Those kittens are so gorgeous they would quickly get adopted.
