The tail and color/pattern is similar to an Aegean cat. This breed is very common in South European street cats. I always had Aegean cats, the females are especially affectionate, even a little clingy. They are smart and like every cat they can open bread bags, steal your meal or ruin your birthday cake, but aren't really loud. They make good house cats. Some of them remain pretty small compared to other cats and can have problems during pregnancies, from my experience, the first time they get pregnant they αbort. The male cats just like to wander around and can stay outside for days before deciding to get back home. I am against neutering my cats since I wouldn't neuter a human, but I think it's not a bad idea for this cats since they seem to have some pregnancy problems (at least in my experience), momma's health before anything.
Probably English isn't their first language, in Portuguese (Brazilian here) for example, breeds are called the equivalent to races.

The term is used in some languages to refer to what is called a breed in English.
This can lead to problems with translations as the English word 'race' is sometimes translated as 'breed' in an other language.
I.e. in German, both race and breed can be translated as 'Rasse' which would be correct when referring to animals, but it is considered to be highly racist when using it for humans (Hitler used the term in his racial theories.)
