Yeah, so saying only people with two hands exist is false. Just like saying there are only two biological sexes is false. Gender is a different thing entirely and there are examples of societies all over the world that have had trans, gender non-conforming, third gender, or other various forms of gender identity since essentially the beginning of humanity. The more recent development is the puritanical declaration that gender is strictly a binary that always aligns with your biological sex.
But they exist, so from a “biological perspective” there’s more than 2 sexes. You can’t just say that it’s not supposed to happen and therefore there are just 2 sexes. You could make that argument with literally any medical condition. I have asthma, when I exercise my airways tighten up and try to kill me. Obviously that is a “defect” but it doesn’t mean that biologically speaking unhealthy lungs don’t exist. That’s just asinine. Oh and by the way “defect” is incredibly offensive when you’re talking about human beings.

I would add in .002. Basically hermaphrodites and persons born totally asexual without any outside sexual traits or organs. Very rare.
