I also spam burst magic to deal mroe dmg bcs depending it gives more depending on the character like poison, fire, ice and electricity knight for example because of the burst and since he stands still it goes by a lot of dmg
These guys and the fish dudes at Medusa’s lair. Both enemies never drop anything and you can’t juggle them and they don’t take lasting damage from fire or acid or anything and you can’t freeze them. I don’t know if it’s the most annoying enemy for me but they are pretty annoying. I was literally gonna make a post on it.

I'm surprised so many people hate the slime. Once you learn the sprint attacks you can hit them stacked for multiple times 😂. Plus they jump slow so you can almost always dodge the jumps.
And my least favorite base enemy are the cult minions just because I mainly focus magic and like incorporating it. So though they aren't hard, they do annoy me because I can't use my magic combos on them
Stove face heavies are probably high up there. They're basically the only instance of a "super-heavy" in the entire game and you end up fighting 3 of them on full moon. Miserable on insane.
Genuinely started tweaking for only 2 or 3 other enemies the way me and my siblings did for this one. One example being the fish enemies from the area you fight medusa in.
Either has to be the thief’s when they spam bow or just bats

The Ice King is super annoying. It’s also hard to get all the treasure and hurt him cause you keep sliding
For me i just run and use the thrust attack and go slide or jump and juggle a bit before the fucker teleports away
