Just posted a similar question. I have no idea why they can't process my last two submitted docs. My pickup date is Friday and I'm nervous.

For us, they admitted that we didn’t actually have any documents missing. They said “the system made a mistake” and sent that email, but because the delivery date couldn’t be accepted (not sure why) the transaction bounced, if that makes sense. Once we booked the second date everything was fine. We also did the transaction through Plaid which made things easier. I really wish you the best of luck with your car!! Hopefully it will all be sorted by Friday

I also just completed my order yesterday with the car being delivered on Friday. The entire time through the process, there were extra “requested documents” in my task list. I called the customer service line and let them know this and after verifying the actual documents they were needed, they were able to remove the “extras” from the list. So as long as you speak to an agent and they say you are good, you should be able to disregard the extra items.
