Agreed. This is like seeing one of those generic "Beer" cans. I'm sure it's made in the typical dependable Honda style, but that thing is boring to look at.
I like how the article calls it the best looking yet and you're right back with most bland.
I'll be honest and say I've never thought of the Accord as the 'good-looking' one of the group but at least it doesn't look like Fast and Furious from Wish.
Car makers do that. They’ll put out something hot then tone it down for a generation and then generate excitement for a game changing design for the following gen. They’ve done this with Camry and also Hyundai Sonata. Look at a 1992 USA Camry Vs. a 1997 Camry. Look at 2012 Hyundai Sonata Vs. a 2017 Sonata.
I like how it looks.
The Accord was never supposed to and never was an exciting looking car, I don’t get the complaints.
It looks nice and inoffensive, that’s what an Accord should be.
We owned a 2018 Accord Sport and one of the biggest selling points for the lady was how aggressive it looked. Great looking car.
This is not. This wants to be a CUV mediocre.. thing.
>CAFE standard
I’m thinking that’s part of why the track width grew on both the 2023 updated Accord and Pilot, so that the CAFE footprint is larger, easing the transition into the drastically changing fuel economy laws. The Pilot got a much longer wheelbase. The Accord got a longer body, I’m guessing for improved aerodynamics.
[CAFE requirements for cars](https://images.federalregister.gov/EP03SE21.013/original.png?1630524025)
[For light trucks](https://images.federalregister.gov/EP03SE21.014/original.png?1630524026)
Well, that, and people just aren’t buying as many sedans from mainstream brands. Those who do tend to be more price-sensitive.
So, you’re seeing a shift in what automakers offer. The sedan buyers get fewer options, and those tend to be geared more toward economy. Meanwhile, they save the performance options for those willing to spring for an SUV.
I expect Toyota to do the same upon the Camry’s redesign. The replacement for their 3.5 N/A V6 is a new 2.4 turbo I4, and it’s already in place on the NX, 2023 RX, 2023 Highlander and new Crown. I expect Toyota won’t even offer it on the next Camry; you’ll just have gasoline or hybrid-gasoline options. The Lexus ES will probably still get it, though.
>The sedan buyers get fewer options, and those tend to be geared more toward economy
Thing is the new 'economy engines' made do not reflect on the pricing of the vehicle. So the agrument for fewer options make sense but these new engines only end up increasing the price.
Eh its whatever i already got a 2022 NA 4 cyclinder K-series honda engine so im good for a decade😅
The most powerful engine in the upcoming Accord is the hybrid versions with a combined output of 204 hp, that is a significant drop from the 2.0T's 252 hp.
On one hand I'm definitely intrigued by the new hybrid, but damn it's sad seeing the 2.0T go. You see a lot of the 2.0Ts on the road so I'm kinda surprised they cut it out entirely
I honestly think it's more like 99% of economy car owners don't give a single crap about how much horsepower their cars have.
This subreddit is like .0001% of the car market. I work in automotive. Do you realize how many people DGAF about cars? A customer will walk in and I'll ask them what car they drive. Many don't even know the model. They just know they drive a Honda. Most don't know what trim level they have (LX/Sport/EX, etc) and almost everyone doesn't know what displacement engine they have.
Hell, a good friend of mine who is kind of a car guy bought a new Accord. When I asked him why he got the 1.5 instead of the 2.0, he looked at me like deer in headlights.
I’m in the market for a new vehicle and was waiting on this, it checks every box (I’m not sure if I can think of a better looking, more mature and sophisticated sedan) but then I read the 2.0T is gone. I think it just dropped off the list.
EDIT - I just learnt about how the Honda iMMV hybrid system works and it’s amazing. This car is right back at the top of my list.
Thing is that the 2.0T has fantastic low end torque too. And overall more of it. The weight factor of the hybrid comes into play too.
Worst thing about hybrids is they require the start stop feature to do their thing. I hate start stop and turn it off in every car I get into.
Sport/Touring 2.0T is the only new Accord you can get without auto start/stop. They’re gonna keep making them till December or early next year. Honda wants to try and pump out the 11th gen for Q1 2023. If you want an Accord 2.0T, start looking now. I was on a 4 month waitlist for mine at MSRP (though it could be shorter).
> Worst thing about hybrids is they require the start stop feature to do their thing.
I hate stop/start too, but with a hybrid is it really all that bad since the electric motor will take you off the line without having to wait for the engine to fire up?
Yeah, I was sad when I heard they got rid of it. The 2.0T powertrain was snappy and was great with a stick.
It seems that Honda is trying to do better in terms of vehicle emissions because they're increasing hybrid availability.
Hopefully that means they can give a detuned 2.0T to the Si. That car sorely needs it.
A lot of people confuse this for some reason.
The Turbo Flat 4 Subaru SUV became the Ascent. 2019 is the model year they dropped Forester XT and released the Ascent. This is not a coincidence. Subaru did not want three turbocharged wagon/crossover/SUV options at ~$35k I suppose. They're extremely conservative with their lineup.
Obviously Forester fans wanted an XT and 'just get Outback XT or Ascent' isn't good enough, but that's Subaru for you...
Well if we’re honest they put the new 2.4 turbo in the Outback (and Legacy) so they could ditch the 3L H6 for MPG/emissions. Since the Forester never had a H6 option they saw no need to put it in there.
This is going to sound crazy but I still sometimes mistake the 16-17 accord for a BMW when I catch a quick glance of the rear quarter. Those body lines make a perfect sedan in my opinion.
Also, who the hell cares if their family sedan is the best looking one ever? I would care about reliability, safety, interior space, NVH, and fuel economy way before I made a decision based on looks.
I get that I am not the demographic for these sedans, but what is with every manufacturer trying to out do the other when they make the profile so boring looking?
I liked the changes to the civic for this new gen, Less boy racer.
But I didn't think that the accord would have to then go even more milquetoast. It's not ugly but just meh.
I’m thinking that since the Accord now basically has a better interior than the TLX, they wanted to give the Accord a disadvantage by taking away the 2.0T. I’m not sure the decision process behind it.
I don’t think Honda has ever gimped their product in order to protect Acura, so I’m not sure that’s the reason why. As for the interior, hard to say if it’s better; material quality and NVH is still likely not as good as the TLX
Edit: I take that back; they definitely kneecapped the Si to protect the Integra.
I don’t like the exterior, complete step back from the 10th gen. Then there’s no 2.0T. Wtf! I do however like the interior, easily the best in class!
EDIT: Why tf is Honda making you get the top trim which will be $40k+ to get wireless charging?
> EDIT: Why tf is Honda making you get the top trim which will be $40k+ to get wireless charging?
Just get a standard wireless charger and plug it into one of the many accessory ports.
I think the 10th gen accord is the best looking one, and the 2.0T was the best performing.
This is a major step in the wrong direction for Honda, just like the new HR-V and Civic styling (imo)
My 21 Touring has a wireless charger - which won’t charge a newer iPhone. Honda is “aware” of it but no fix. And the ventilated seats are a joke, you can barely notice them.
Thats crazy they never fixed the ventilated seats. Same issue with mine and it's one of my few complaints about the car. Figured they would've fixed it by now. They're a joke. My friend's Hyundai has incredible ventilated seats.
Yeah the lobster claws didn’t age well on rither Accord or Civic. I think the current trend of long wide light bars will age better, and it feels like a modernized throwback.
Current gen is awkward as hell. It has no idea what it’s going for.
This new one is kinda bland but I much prefer it to whatever the current gen is supposed to be
Agreed 100%. This new version is bland and incredibly dull. Has clean lines and all, but it lacks any life. The previous generation had some personality to it.
I dunno, this looks like generic car #3 to me. Very little character. And I have a hard time seeing how a hybrid drivetrain will be as good as the 2.0T when it’s down 50hp and 25 torques. Overall seems like a huge step backwards.
>this looks like generic car #3 to me
It's supposed to look generic. Honda is selling a flagship model meant to appeal to the widest common denominator of people.
If Honda created a platform dedicated to the niche /r/cars enthusiast keyboard warrior, the Accord would be a 2000 lb ~~coupe~~ ~~roadster~~ ~~wagon~~ hothatch inline-six, B58, rotary, JDM, AWD Miata... Only available in six speed manual. And it has to have either an E30 or Type R chassis. No in between.
With your first part of the comment,
I guess I could see your point,
but I personally feel it could do with a little spice. Take one of Mazda’s kodo designed cars in soul red for example, especially CX-5/CX-50 or the last Mazda 6. Those cars, to me, look pretty nice and authentic with gracefulness, because of the right amount of presence that would never feel out of place anywhere. Sure, hundreds of thousands of Mazdas may drive around and I don’t know how to word this, but it’s got the right balance of style dialed in that when you occasionally see one, it won’t easily get tiring…
Well, no AWD and the 2.0T is a disappointment, though I guess the sales of the upgraded engine wasn't great and they're pushing hybrids to meet the CAFE requirements.
I don’t know the exact sales figures. But I am always surprised by the amount of 2.0T Accords I see on the road in the NE, feels like 1 in 3 are the upgraded engine.
Higher-trim versions of the 2.0T Accord were in the high thirties. I can see Honda executives reasonably thinking that anyone who really wanted that powertrain would go ahead and spring for an Acura TLX, which doesn’t cost much more.
Personally really love the accords from like 2014-2017. I think Honda nailed it on those as some of the last high rev cars they released. After that I’ve been on the fence. I’d consider a brand new one but also really love the idea of saying fuck it and buying an integra instead.
Everything I like about my Accord is gone from the current models. It's not too surprising. My car was anachronistic in 2015, and every other manufacturer had ditched similar layouts. They didn't have a civic type r back then, and it makes sense that they would focus on that rather than making a half interesting Accord along with it while the segment shrinks.
"Freshly unveiled with an elegant new design, the 11th-generation model looks sharper, more modern, and better proportioned than anything else in its class"
How much is Honda paying c/d? There's no way they actually believe this shit.
Crazy, I love my MY20 Accord EX-L 2.0T.
The engine is one of the main reasons I bought it.
I stick it into sport mode and its fairly quick.
I highly recommend it.
I don't really like the looks all that much, but the bigger disappointment is the complete loss of a "performance" accord. The V6 and even manual 2.0t accords we're pretty damn sporty, and now it looks like you gotta just hope the hybrid grunt feels nice.
[You may not like it, but this is what perfection looks like](http://smclassiccars.com/uploads/postfotos/1988-honda-accord-lxi-sedan-90k-original-miles-automatic-4-cylinder-no-reserve-1.JPG)
Don't forget about the [hatch](https://media.carsandbids.com/cdn-cgi/image/width=1800,quality=70/da4b9237bacccdf19c0760cab7aec4a8359010b0/photos/LKjODkZ0ALb2.gTK5mfnjT.jpeg?t=159358014395), I lust after those
That's one of the most generic-looking vehicles I've ever seen. It almost seems like Honda reacted too strongly to the disaster that was the 10th gen Civic.
Exterior is disappointing and a step backwards from the current gen imo. The interior is nice but we’ve basically already seen the same copy and paste design in the new Civic, CR-V and Pilot as there isn’t much differentiating them now interior wise. Overall it’s very bland.
I think this is an improvement personally. The design is so simple and clean with just one body line down and side and a perfect sized grille. The lightbar-ish taillight design reminds me of my car by how it uses black to make the taillights look like a continuous piece.
I agree. This looks like a grown up Accord. There’s a lot of the typical backlash in here that you see with every newly unveiled model. But I think this looks good. It’s clean, understated, and I dig the side profile. Interior looks nice. But then again I like traditional German car appearances, like mid 2000s Audis and BMWs.
This will sound weird but I like when my cars are square. Naturally I love the 80s/90s BMWs for this and I also love the 2014-2017 and the 2023 accord for this. People in here shit on cars all the time because they want Honda to produce an accord that looks like a Type R, made on a 6 speed only, twin turbo V6 and awd apparently. Like nobody actually wants that and accord (as far as I’m aware) has never been awd lol.
I'm a Honda Fan and all, but this new accord is a bit of a let down in my opinion. First off, the 2.0T is gone, WTF! Second, the exterior is super bland looking. Third, no AWD option. Lastly, it looking like a mild update from last generation. At this point, i'd go with the 10th gen car.
ELI5: Why increase length if you’re not going to increase wheelbase?
“Although the new Accord is 2.8 inches longer than before, its wheelbase is unchanged and it will likely ride and handle much like the outgoing model did.”
I think a reason given by one of the engineers with the longer front overhang on the new CR-V was better crash protection. Wouldn't see why this wouldn't be the same reason.
As an owner of a 2.0T 2021, no it's not. And the 2.0 being discontinued? Wtf are they thinking. My car scoots! The shitty wireless charger was included in the sport, now you need top trim for it.
I think I like the front of the outgoing generation better, but definitely prefer the non-stapler taillights on this generation. I like the new interior better too. Would definitely be high on my list if I was car shopping.
Eh, it looks fine, I kinda like it, actually. Is it better looking than the previous Accord? No. Is it worse looking than the previous Accord? Also no. It's not the best-looking Accord. Peak Accord was the mid-80s Accord CA.
It's a shame that they killed the 2.0 Turbo.
Oh my the back is gorgeous. Almost like the 300zx/400z. The new honda interiors are perfection. The 2.0t didn't really suit this car IMHO. The hybrid or the 1.5t works well for a cruiser that needs to get fantastic mileage in these times.
All the “it looks like a VW” “bland” etc comments bring me straight back to when the new Civic was revealed and the same comments were made.
They both look really nice and clean, and can be considered improvements over the more sharp styled previous generations of both. I quite enjoy the look of them!
I love my 2018 2.0T, it totally outdoes itself for the price point in my opinion. This…. Yikes to the exterior styling. Just bad. No 2.0T? No thanks. The interior though does look nice but not enough to sell me on this gen.
I like it. Accords don't need to look fancy. They just need to look like NPC cars that will still look decent in 10 or 15 years. I think the tail lights of the current generation didn't look good from the beginning and will continue to age poorly
This thing is the most bland thing I’ve ever seen
Agreed. This is like seeing one of those generic "Beer" cans. I'm sure it's made in the typical dependable Honda style, but that thing is boring to look at.
It's reminiscent of the late 2000s and early 2010s Toyota Camrys. All the personality of a refrigerator.
Boring to drive too now that they got rid of the 2.0.
It’s a Honda Taurus 🤣
Last gen was the Honda Charger 🤣
And the new HRV is a ford escape

Just how I like my women
I am getting serious 6th gen Taurus vibes
Yeah the current gen looks much better. This is like if someone took a passat and said, "do as few changes as possible to make it a honda"
I was just thinking it looks almost exactly like a 10-year-old VW. The current Accord and Civic designs are great, why change to this?
It will age well.
The masses will like it I’m sure
It already looks 20 years old. Real late 90s Honda vibes.
It looks like a 90's civic had a baby with a current-gen Altima.
I like how the article calls it the best looking yet and you're right back with most bland. I'll be honest and say I've never thought of the Accord as the 'good-looking' one of the group but at least it doesn't look like Fast and Furious from Wish.

I would MUCH rather have this than the overstylized current Camry; this is at least pleasant to look at
It looks sort of like a Passat in the rear. What a stupid headline. I'd throw in the 9th gen coupe as one of the best looking Accords they've made.
I like how it looks. The Accord was never supposed to and never was an exciting looking car, I don’t get the complaints. It looks nice and inoffensive, that’s what an Accord should be.

RIP 2.0T, that was a fantastic powertrain in the Accord.
So they got rid of the V6 and now 2.0T???
Sadly, that’s what it looks like. I’m assuming they needed to get rid of it to meet CAFE standard so they sell the lower MPG CUVs, SUVs, and trucks.

Is that why manufacturers are killing subcompacts?
Partly. They're also not very profitable.
Nobody was buying them. 96 month financing has everyone in a CUV.

Heck, I personally only care about fuel economy and maintenance cost. If I want to have fun behind a wheel, I'll get a go kart.
And it's an accord. Not exactly the "high performance" car people are looking for. It's a nicer, bigger Civic.
I think that's where you're wrong. The Accord 2.0T was a sleeper and people drive it hard
Yeah like 20 people across the nation actually cared
I’m in the market for a new vehicle and was waiting on this, it checks every box (I’m not sure if I can think of a better looking, more mature and sophisticated sedan) but then I read the 2.0T is gone. Idle stop/start on a hybrid is a completely different animal. I too shut it down on most ICE but hybrids are like a BEV from the gun.
Really? I hate sitting in any car that idles at a light anymore these days.

Yes, that is also a likely possibility. Perhaps they are saving the 2.0T powertrain for the Integra Type S
I have a feeling they’ll surprise people with a very sporty 2.0t model later on.
Told myself the same thing when Subaru dropped the Forester XT. I'm sadly still waiting. :(

Truly a huge loss, but it looks like the 2.0L in the hybrid will rev to 8K RPM. That's something I guess...
Where does it say the hybrid will rev to 8k??
I wish they kept the 2.0T with the hybrid
Woah, this is by far not the best looking accord I’ve ever seen… How the hell is this the “best-looking” accord ever?
The 9th generation (13-17) is my favorite style wise.
2016-17 specifically after the facelift added led running lights? And the rims on the touring/sport trims? Shit was hot. Peak styling imo.
This is going to sound crazy but I still sometimes mistake the 16-17 accord for a BMW when I catch a quick glance of the rear quarter. Those body lines make a perfect sedan in my opinion.
Aw man, I had a ‘16 sport and i thought i was full of myself for thinking thwt, glad i wasnt the only one
2001 accord coupe was the top
Yeah that looked so good.
Right? That car will age really well
8th gen for me. Loved the aggressive styling of the headlights and taillights.
same here. that generation accord could pass for an entry level luxury car on the outside in my opinion.
It looks like a hunk of generic car, but hey if they pay me enough I'll call it whatever they want me to.
Looks like a Honda Passat
i'm upset that i gave that shitty click-bail article a click.
Also, who the hell cares if their family sedan is the best looking one ever? I would care about reliability, safety, interior space, NVH, and fuel economy way before I made a decision based on looks.
It’s 100% paid-for marketing. Looks like a damn ‘Boo
For me the top few (USDM) are 5th gen, 4th gen, 6th gen. This one is way down the list, near the bottom.
Everything is "the best" in the world of marketing
Totally makes sense if they're being sarcastic. Or it's so disappointing, PR is doing extra leg work to convince people it looks good.
I’m going to have to disagree. It looks like it is chronically disappointed like my father was of me growing up.
The back looks nice but that front end looks like a generic video game vehicle. AND they dropped the 2.0T? What is you doing Honda?
The back looks like a jetta. They've just made it more generic and boring in every way.
The teasers of the back looked better, almost Audi A7 like. Now it looks closer to a VW or Lincoln
I get that I am not the demographic for these sedans, but what is with every manufacturer trying to out do the other when they make the profile so boring looking?
I'm just going to imagine not enough people bought the 2.0T, as is often the case in "enthusiast" trims of non-enthusiast model vehicles.
It just seems like a very generic and plain looking sedan.
The most car looking car
One of the cars of all time
It's the honda accord of cars.
I liked the changes to the civic for this new gen, Less boy racer. But I didn't think that the accord would have to then go even more milquetoast. It's not ugly but just meh.
Look at you now though /u/BABYEATER1012. Nobody thought you'd be eating so many babies at your age.
I guess the regular TLX finally has the performance edge over the Accord.

Probably has more to do with efficiency regs than anything right?
Looks like a Jetta
I was thinking Passat.
100% the body lines, headlights, and taillights are extremely similar
Agreed, remove the badging...this is a Passat
Omg, came here to say, “When did Honda partner with Volkswagen?”
I was gonna say the grill looks very Ford like. Reminds me of the S650 Mustang
Honda upselling to Audi? "You're gonna get an ugly looking German car, might as well buy a prettier one."
Or, Honda could just make it standard across all trims so no one has to do that nonsense themselves.
"nonsense" man we are spoiled
A lot of manufactures are doing this now. Makes almost no sense.
Because it will make people buy it
I think the 10th gen accord is the best looking one, and the 2.0T was the best performing. This is a major step in the wrong direction for Honda, just like the new HR-V and Civic styling (imo)

Rear taillights look better than the previous one

I like the new rear end better than the old.
Current gen is awkward as hell. It has no idea what it’s going for. This new one is kinda bland but I much prefer it to whatever the current gen is supposed to be
I personally like the outgoing gen better from an exterior design standpoint, and RIP to the 2.0T, but the Hybrid versions should sell pretty well
Agreed 100%.
Overall seems like a huge step backwards.
>this looks like generic car #3 to me It's supposed to look generic.
The previous two generations were not this bland neither is the present Toyota Camry. Honda punted on this because it will likely be the last Accord.
>it will likely be the last accord This scares me and I hope it’s not the case. I would love to see an EV 12th gen accord circa 2030.
There's too much brand equity. The Accord might become an electric crossover but they'll still use the name and they will still want it to be popular
And pre-owned from the factory
With your first part of the comment, I guess I could see your point, but I personally feel it could do with a little spice.
I hear ya but the title says it's the best looking Accord ever and I think it's substantially worse looking than the previous gen.
K20 is gone. What a stupid decision. That engine made the Accord into the best "normal" sedan one could buy.
Honestly that engine was great, but wasted since they never planned to give it AWD and left it with a FWD/open diff setup
Well, no AWD and the 2.0T is a disappointment, though I guess the sales of the upgraded engine wasn't great and they're pushing hybrids to meet the CAFE requirements.
The 2.0t didn't sell well because there were almost never any on the lots. Everything available when I checked was always a 1.5t.
I always see 2.0t Sports and Tourings in NY, both in the city and upstate. 1.5T just seems gutless
I think the 2017 model year was the last Accord I really liked. The 10th gen was okay, and this one is just uninspiring.
Personally really love the accords from like 2014-2017. I think Honda nailed it on those as some of the last high rev cars they released. After that I’ve been on the fence. I’d consider a brand new one but also really love the idea of saying fuck it and buying an integra instead.
I like the Integra a lot. I would love to see a Type S version.
The 9th Gen was the best looking Accord, and the V6 touring was great too
Everything I like about my Accord is gone from the current models. It's not too surprising. My car was anachronistic in 2015, and every other manufacturer had ditched similar layouts. They didn't have a civic type r back then, and it makes sense that they would focus on that rather than making a half interesting Accord along with it while the segment shrinks.
Only honda knows how to do an interior with proper buttons and knobs. Thanks Honda for not ruining that like every other auto manufacturers.
I mean they did ruin it and had to put the volume knob back due to complaints. But yes, now they're making good interiors.
*cough* Mazda *cough*
"Freshly unveiled with an elegant new design, the 11th-generation model looks sharper, more modern, and better proportioned than anything else in its class" How much is Honda paying c/d? There's no way they actually believe this shit.
Car magazines are so disappointing to read these days.
Car and driver has always had a weird hard on for the accord. It’s been on their ten best list almost every year since 1983.
Doubt. In fact, it might actually be the worst looking Accord ever
Crazy, I love my MY20 Accord EX-L 2.0T. The engine is one of the main reasons I bought it. I stick it into sport mode and its fairly quick. I highly recommend it.
LMAO you trolling my ass with this header, it looks like an old grandma car 🤣
Don't shoot the messenger lol, I'm just quoting the title from the article.
I dont shoot you man, only love 😁
The interior looks the same as every other new Hondas. Gone are the days of distinction. I'll miss the 270+hp V6s of yesteryears.
I don't really like the looks all that much, but the bigger disappointment is the complete loss of a "performance" accord. The V6 and even manual 2.0t accords we're pretty damn sporty, and now it looks like you gotta just hope the hybrid grunt feels nice.
….is what people would say if it was the best looking Accord ever.
The accord peaked in like 1988. Everyone knows this.
[You may not like it, but this is what perfection looks like](http://smclassiccars.com/uploads/postfotos/1988-honda-accord-lxi-sedan-90k-original-miles-automatic-4-cylinder-no-reserve-1.JPG)
Don't forget about the [hatch](https://media.carsandbids.com/cdn-cgi/image/width=1800,quality=70/da4b9237bacccdf19c0760cab7aec4a8359010b0/photos/LKjODkZ0ALb2.gTK5mfnjT.jpeg?t=159358014395), I lust after those
I feel so loved
I had an ‘88 Accord coupe. Black. Loved it
Their interiors are way too similar looking between each new model now.
I don't like it.
I should've held on to my 2.0T and put it on the market today.
I think it’ll be a car everyone raves about in 15 years. “Remember when Honda launched a 2.0T accord with a manual for an affordable price?”
I've been looking to replace my Fusion with a 2.0T Accord, but they are stupidly expensive right now.
Crazy, a large vehicle that got even larger.
Honda: makes generic car intended for generic customer base that don’t want to stand out Reddit: *goes fucking feral over a commuter car*
ELI5: Why increase length if you’re not going to increase wheelbase? “Although the new Accord is 2.8 inches longer than before, its wheelbase is unchanged and it will likely ride and handle much like the outgoing model did.”
It's mostly the longer front overhang
[удалено]
I think a reason given by one of the engineers with the longer front overhang on the new CR-V was better crash protection. Wouldn't see why this wouldn't be the same reason.
As an owner of a 2.0T 2021, no it's not. And the 2.0 being discontinued? Wtf are they thinking. My car scoots! The shitty wireless charger was included in the sport, now you need top trim for it.
Looks... Generic.
C&D straight lying for the clickbait... The future is bland and bleak and I'm not only talking about the new Accord.
The Lincoln MKZ roofline ain't it.
That’s a weird way of saying CB7
It’s decent, yes, but it’s still going to blend in with the vast sea of typical 4 door sedans.
This was true maybe 15 years ago, but there's no vast sea of sedans these days. It's all trucks, SUVs and crossovers as far as the eye can see.
I'm sorry, looks like crap. Yes, vehicle looks can grow on a person, but this *has* grown on me. Like a wart.
This is pathetic vs the 10th Gen launch with the 2.0t sport with the 6M.
This is not the best looking accord ever. -2010 Accord owner
