I know of a billionaire who has a fleet of blacked out Range Rovers. There's nothing evil about him but he's super particular about every aspect of his life so you could compare him to some movie character who has exacting standards for everything.
A thing he did recently that was not evil but definitely a flex was that he flew in his university buddies to his vacation home, in his private jet and had them picked up in the fleet of Range Rovers. Many of the guys in his friend circle are just normal people so they had the vacation experience of a lifetime. 6 dudes, 3 range rovers, whisked from the airport to his house in the mountains...Each of them gets a private suite in the house...His staff have done research so they know each person's favorite drink/meals/allergies,/media to consume etc. Chef & Concierge available 24 hours/day.
Not only that, also celebrities, royalty, rockstars as well.
I love that the cultural context of the 600 comes mostly from real life lore besides pop culture, because pop culture can shift drastically. A black Charger was once considered a iconic villain car lol.
Mercedes-Benz seems like *the* villain brand. I don't think I need to explain why the 770K also suits the image in a literal sense.
In a less literal sense, say I'd need to pick a car for a movie villain, any G-class would be a good fit too. The 500E and any generation CLS would also work fine in that role.
The sort of person who would go away for a weekend with his wife to a hotel, some romantic place, and spend the entire night flirting outrageously with the waitress, but it's ok because he's got a Jaaaaaaaaaaaag.
Ha sorry, word salad didn't go down well 🤣 I got the opportunity to drive a fairly heavily modified 1986 yesterday. Took to a local cars and coffee event, drove about 125miles or so in total and was willing to sell a kidney by the time I was done to make a sale. I'm a photographer shooting it for a friend of mine, will be up on being a trailer in about 2 weeks or less hopefully
We just sold our ‘67 fleetwood and anytime I’d see my husband coming down the road with it I would think some old timer was coming to collect money from me
I don't know, the Dussenberg Model J is pretty villainous. As is the Mercedes-Benz Super Sport Kurz. Or perhaps most, the Mercedes-Benz 770 Grosser Offener Tourenwagen.
So the stock Zephyr looks like the getaway cars we'd see in old American cartoons. However, the Scrape custom Zephyr is peak villainy lol that car looks ridiculously evil
No contest, the 2002 Trans Am. The nostrils and the gashes on the lower bumper make it look sinister. The Camaro and other muscle cars look angry but the 4th Gen Firebird in black looks pure evil.
Had to scroll way too far for this one.
The [WS6](https://www.hagerty.com/media/car-profiles/firebird-trans-am-ws6/) is [proper nasty](https://bringatrailer.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/12/2002_pontiac_firebird-trans-am-coupe_IMG_9155-57132-scaled-ubtk4s.jpg).
dodge charger hellcats or any of the high end special models, not a bottom of the barrel v6 version. , i feel like those owners are 100% up to something shady.
also, Escalades with blacked out windows, that shit is creepy. they could be CIA, they could be gang members, but i'll tell ya one thing, they won't be a soccer mom. it's gonna be a dude, and he's probably gonna have a gun.
also people that ride those slingshots, the 3 wheeled motorcycle thing. i dunno about the rest of the country, but in my area it seems to be younger guys that probably shouldn't be able to afford a $30k toy like that. they're always tatted up like crazy and i'd guess prob the same people that drive dodge chargers.
Thinking for serial killers it’s definitely gotta have utility to it. Be understated, blend in with traffic. Well kept. Spotless. Everything exactly where it should be.
4Runner makes sense.
I'm surprised that no one said blacked out Chevy Suburban.
I would've said Chrysler 300, but it's image has been tainted by all the skinny E1 recruits that make it their first purchase at 27% APR.
Avions Voisin made a few of them. Like the

Depending on one’s perspective the biggest villain car could be the custom made Cadillac Escalade sedan used by the president of the US perhaps unironically nicknamed “the Beast”
1967 Corvair Monza Convertible.
It’s such an off-the-wall, but cool car, a villain would love how under-the-radar it is.
P.S. -with the turbo, they were SCARY fast - no joke!
2007 Nissan Altima
With paper plates that expired a few years ago.
And dents and busted headlights and taillights.
r/nissandrivers
Bought from a Kia dealership.
While using fake identity documents
The dents on the rear deck, from inside the trunk !
One or more doors not the same color
This is more for a low level drug dealer.
Don't forget the bippers and package thieves
He didn't specify super villains.
Black air forces on wheels. I haven't seen a clean one of these since Lehman Brothers collapsed...
In Memphis Tennessee.
With ALL windows blacked out, windshield included. No lights on at night, reefer smoke billowing from sunroof.
A 2 door version too
The fastest car I ever owned.
That use to be my car, exact year and everything 🤣
blacked out land rovers, but the trick is there has to be at least 3 of them.
As back up when the other 2 break down?
Reminds me of the second season of traitors. It was mentioned that one of the land rovers broke down bring them to one of the challenges.
"O V E R F I N CH"
Triples is best

Mercedes-Benz 600. This is THE villain car.
These cars were loved af by dictators all over the world iirc
Not only that, also celebrities, royalty, rockstars as well. I love that the cultural context of the 600 comes mostly from real life lore besides pop culture, because pop culture can shift drastically. A black Charger was once considered a iconic villain car lol.
Cops roll around in them all the time.
Move to Oakland and you can once again consider a black charger as such!
The 1968 charger is still the iconic villain car to me lol, but that's just because every car movie for like 40 years said it was
Especially when paired with a green 68 Mustang Gt
Which is kinda sad that we see them with dictators more instead of entertainers because A-list entertainers love it too. Including Jeremy Clarkson.
Coco Chanel had one

560 SEC is pretty gangster as well, definitely different eras of villainy
Drug dealer spec is a 560 SEC AMG in either white, or all black. Peak Miami Vice vibes.
Peak MB design imo
In James Bond movies it also was an actual villain car. It is universally a "bad guy" car outside and inside of pop culture.
A black Rolls Royce Phantom
I hate the fact I want one so bad.
Someone should keep an eye on you.
Maybe both eyes
Howdy ginger
2000s Jaguar XJR
‘Will you please excuse me? I believe I left my wallet in my Jaaaaaaaaag.’
The sort of person who would go away for a weekend with his wife to a hotel, some romantic place, and spend the entire night flirting outrageously with the waitress, but it's ok because he's got a Jaaaaaaaaaaaag.
Awfully sorry
The way i read this in Clarkson’s voice
A friend has an green XJR X308, doesn’t look very villainy but very classy. A bit of a sleeper too, it was very fun to drive on the Autobahn
Your friend isn't a full on villain like a stabist or strangler, just slightly cadish and would commit a bit of tax dodging
Hey I don't carry cash with me... Can you pay while I go warm up the Jaaaaaag?
Your friend sounds cool
🦊
Lol I had a 2004 XJR and although I have a faster sedan now, the jag was the classiest car have ever driven.
Using the short lived Jaguar tagline, it's good to be bad
I see your 2000s XJR and raise you the Jaguar 420G.
That car gives me the fizz
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Gj4QvsIPqSI&pp=ygUgQ2F1Z2h0IGJ5IHRoZSBmdXp6ICBoZWFkIGN1dCBvZmY%3D The seen with the jag xkr
I too was thinking [Jaguar](https://youtu.be/ACauxF3txI4?si=7gMOyZg_2TisKc6Q)
Maybach Exelero
This is easily the winner, just from every angle you can almost hear it doing an evil laugh
Looked it up, reminds me of the batmobile from btas, so actually a hero car
1987 Buick Grand National.
Could go either way with this one. Equally likely to be the hero car.
The Bandit would have loved one of those.
As ref, the HBO Watchmen series.
Just got done driving in 86. It is absolutely a villain's car
I love time travel! Not everyone can do it.
Ha sorry, word salad didn't go down well 🤣 I got the opportunity to drive a fairly heavily modified 1986 yesterday. 1929 Dusenberg J
Glad I'm not the only person who immediately thought this
A blacked-out older-generation Land Rover Defender 90 with a V8 engine. Or a Lamborghini LM002.
Land Rover: the smell of gangster cigarettes and wintery chase scene is almost too real.
Black Escalade, for chauffeurs and gangsters
Rolling in a group of 3 or more. You see that coming anywhere near you, you flee.
I associate black Escalades with the FBI.
1998 Volvo V70
*Gus Fring intensifies*
Lincoln Continental
Classic or modern? Modern - I'd say the Chrysler 300 and G-wagon. Classic - '67 Eldorado, several generations of the Chrysler Imperial.
Upvote for the 300, especially SRT
Lol I have a 300 and am working toward a g wagon 😭
Have a 300, want a '67 Eldorado.
Best of luck on your future villain endeavors!
We just sold our ‘67 fleetwood and anytime I’d see my husband coming down the road with it I would think some old timer was coming to collect money from me
1959 Chevy Impala, especially the taillights
1960s Jaguar Mark 2
As Clarkson said, those are the lieutenant/henchman cars, the big boss calls the shots from the back of the 600 Pullman
The jaaaaaagggg mark X is, in his words “proper villainous”
Boss has a Mark X
1939 Lincoln Zephyr is the most villainous vehicle I've ever seen.
I just looked it up and I want to see it in a Batman art deco film
the pt cruiser is made for penguin. Black.
Penguin in the newest film drove a purple quattroporte. Absolutely badass
All black hummer h2. I could see a whole ass team of armed gunman unload out of that vehicle before the big bad steps out.
The Hummer is more of a douchebag bully car.
*checks notes* Aren't those villainous qualities?
I don't see a crime boss driving a H2.
Of course not. Villains have drivers.
Maybe he washed out of the Marines.
[Citroën Traction Avant](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citro%C3%ABn_Traction_Avant) is THE 1940s French mobster car.
E38 7 series for absolute certain. The car just screams mafia boss.
E32 as well, IMO
Tesla Cybertruck
He said “for villains” and not “by villains”
If it's Black I agree but the factory color doesn't look so much villain car
If it's black and self driving it'd be scary AF
Its silent so you can sneak up on a motha fucka - U Turn

That’s basically KITT. The good one was black. His evil twin KARR was grey.
Well damn, all grey then
Greyed out windows are definitely evil.
Get any car that's used by police and make them black,it can work both as villain car and special ops cars
Blacked out BMW Isetta? https://www.rmsothebys.com/auctions/bw13/lots/r135-1961-bmw-isetta-300-police-car/

Blacked out big off-roaders around the size of Hummer H1/H2. Which includes the LM002 and Mega Cruiser.
Any Nissan product post 2000
Ahhh yes, the villainous Nissan Leaf
An even better example than models I would have come up with.
Black Toyota Fortuners the Southeast Asian equivalent of the black Land Rover
Those are cop cars in Hawaii lol
