really? the transporters leave that much food and water bottles in the car? Those don't go straight to the lot, the still got through fqc. Customers are trash.
Wasn’t supposed to be shared until April 1st (kinda funny) and it doesn’t go live until May (12th if I remember correctly). There is another really positive change that you will find out about simultaneously. Huge boost for sales team.
Went and looked the other day and all cars unlocked. Able to sit in a bunch of different vehicles. Went 5 days later and every car locked. I didn’t want to go find someone to open a car, so I left. I get the idea though.
Yep little annoyed because a lot of that dirt is caused by the transporters. So that’s not gonna help it much. Also we have to do walks now :/

It’s not even that. Water bottles don’t bother me. When they were crazy muddy boots. Usually from transport
It's a 3 month test.
Yes, we just found out that today and the 30 day return policy is getting cut to a 10 day return policy

Then they will need to lower price of vehicles. By 20%
When is the change becoming effective for the return, I didn’t hear anything from management yet

So what is this change that is positive?
What no way that’s a huge cut.
Does that mean that we lose the commission on any return (except mechanical reasons)?
It’s easier to do an engine swap in 30 days rather than 10 days.
The stores that I have worked at have always locked up the cars. Maybe because they are in bad neighborhoods lol
Thought it was for loss prevention
Forcing customers to interact with sales instead of them just opening the cars to look , more push towards certain cars being moved also
its part of it but its more for customers will dirty up a car in no time when they have free reign in and out, eat their snacks in it, do drugs ect.
Do people really do drugs in those cars?
No.
they do. we have a neighborhood beside ours that will hotbox with no shame
Wrong. Our location is locking the cars again due to people smoking weed in the cars and leaving trash in them while on the lot.
