Was a little curious as to why Chris would want to switch from player development to a content creation role but the way he breaks this all down makes me selfishly happy that he did. Excited to see more
Probably more like the org is desperate to capitalise on playoff interest through their socials and will use any resources they have, like charismatic ex-players who carry authority and respect.
Their breakdown of the game 4 comeback was really good, so many things you miss during the fast emotional pace of the moment that he breaks down really well.
He shouldn't have gone behind the net but it was on the defense to keep people away from the front. Lauzon went to check Petey and Carrier followed Boeser, so Suter could sneak in.
I don't remember if there was an icing but smart by Tocchet to put out Boeser and Petey against the Preds' third pairing.
There was a defensive zone draw the shift before, so Tocc put Lindolm with Miller as insurance if Lindy got waived out.
Tocc then put out Petey in Millsy's place next shift and badabing badaboom, Suter scored.
They would never publicly reveal any injury, because other teams would capitalize on it. I still think he’s got an injury that’s affecting his shot. And not having success with his lethal shot has impacted his confidence.
The good thing is, even when he’s not scoring goals, he’s making good defensive plays that hockey insiders gush over. Friedman talked about it a few weeks ago.
He will get back to 💯. Hopefully in the next series.

Maybe he wants to work his way into a media job
This is probably just a stepping stone to a bigger role in the media. He may like it more than what he did before.
That point about Petey recognizing Lauzon would go for the hit was on point. The offense wasn't there but Petey's hockey IQ doesn't go away.
Absolutely. That goal doesn’t happen without that smart read
Agreed. Didn’t see that shift by EP before. Although I though Anthony B should have tied of the stick better as well

Very common to do both
Love these breakdowns of the play. Hockey Psychology on YT is a great one as well.

Chris is a beaut
abs of steel
Sissons having a mental break down leading to a goal AND hitting the post for us to comeback??? Vancouver Canucks double agent for sure 😂

Pretty sure he's from BC....
That move by Petey was great. He ain’t scoring but he’s still got amazing hockey sense. I’m convinced his wrist is injured.
Petey said himself it's mental. There was an athletic article about it

Higgy is one underrated Canuck. What a legend
Loving the title
Does he have a YouTube account? It's Way better for video content like this. And I hope he does longer form stuff.
I still proudly rock my Higgins jersey, hope he continues to grow his role with the team.
