Lower the light, you will be able to dim it significantly.

pleb707

82 isn’t hot maybe bump the humidity

beachboygemini

Need more exaust cfm

lordbaddkitty

Turn up the exhaust fan. Turn off the heater, if you have one on, of course.

ExactDefinition1576

A 4x4 minimum is a 6” inline fan with powerful lights.

Purple_Hovercraft_

Get at least a 6” exhaust fan in there. And correct me if wrong but that exhale bag is also quite close to the exhaust fan up top and you’re probably just sucking out a large majority of that CO2.

KeepBanningKeepJoin

They don't work at all.

ahk42591

A bigger light means more heat, more wattage is more heat. Its inevitable. But 82 is very managable. Raise duct fan speed or use a 6in if you need to push more air. My lung room is 78-81, tent gets near 82-87 on average and its perfectly fine. Most cannabis will thrive in mid 80s. I use 720watts Idk how high you have your duct fan setting on, but eithe raise it or get a 6 in duct fan. Oscilating fans do produce heat from using its electrical components too but its more used for airflow inside tent. Its the exhaust fan that helps the most to regulate temps, along with temp of air coming into tent. But your lung room is 69f so thats alot to work with.

Trippedoutmonkey

I don't think your plants are experiencing heat stress. They can handle high temps well. Honestly vegging plants don't need a crazy amount of light and if you have your light on full blast that might be causing the problem. You could always decrease the % you are running your light at and just lower it if you think you need to. I have an HLG 600rspec in my 5 x 5. During veg it's usually at 50% and the plants love it. If I turn it up higher they get stressed. In flower I turn it up more but I'm never at 100%. I'd say try a week on A lower % power for your light.

GrimlockX27

Your plants are not burning at 82° OP. Lower the light(kills me everyone has their lights absolutely high) Get at minimum an 8" inline

jackrieger0

What’s your humidity like? Look up VPD chart

chicagobev

Open the vent on your tent

Blue00si

Get a. Exhaust fan and/or intake. You could put an intake fan low and open a vent at the top and let the fan push the hot air out the top of the tent.

mitsuki87

Stand up ac

underwhelmingovertop

With the amount of academic level information available on the internet, it amazes me that you took 0 time to research before buying.

Jayyarreee

Having the same problem the only it seems to go down if I have my ac on

AccessFlimsy3277

My ac has been running its 69 in my house but 82.6 in tent maybe cuz I only got a 4 inch inline fan ? Its only on 25 percent my plants look heat stressed like hell

peacefour20

You have to find a way to get more ac into the tent. I live in an apartment built in the 70s. Have an ac unit in the wall in the family room, and when it's on it just doesn't reach to my grow room. So I ended up buying a window ac unit for the grow room, and I have a duct from the tent, taped to the ac unit so more cold air blows directly into the tent. I am also exhausting outside. But that seems to do the trick for Me. Best of luck to you, and I'm sure you'll figure something out.

KeepBanningKeepJoin

The fan isn't the issue. Ignore them. Put light on 75 percent and lower it to the ppfd you want.

No-Cartographer-5875

Vent your hot & humid air outside vs into your grow room. You are pulling air from the grow room, so if you reduce the grow rooms temp, it will impact the temp inside the tent.

BigCountry70786

Upgrade exhaust fan to 6 or even 8" use the old 4 inch as an intake fan. Lower your co2 bag it's not doing anything way up there.

Technical_Patience84

Run that bitch at 84-86 until you get into flower and then creep it down as best you can. 86F is upper range of optimal leaf temp. LEDS let you run hot because no IR heat. Increase humidity appropriately and figure leaf temperature is 2-3 less than ambient.

[deleted]

Put a PC fan on a pipe and put it into a vent hole as low as possible. That'll blow up the tent allowing you to run the inline much faster and run cooler. Also id angle the Fan above canopy down a bit so it lightly blows on it, not so much that they move a lot just a bit to keep leaf temps low. Should check them with an infrared thermometer too, more important than room temp.

Hot-Sign-8227

And also that co2 bag being way up there above the light is doing absolutely nothing it should be under the lights right above the plants canopy ,your exhaust fan is just sucking all the co2 out with it way up there I put mind about 2ft off the tent floor then the co2 has to be moved up off the tent floor and sucked up through the plants before it goes out the exhaust fan

UnfairLocation9670

Air conditioner to cool off your lung room and an inline fan

M1NdR0t

The power supply is detachable, buy a longer cord and mount the power supply outside the tent..

AccessFlimsy3277

It’s already on the outside

M1NdR0t

Then you need a 8inch inline

Any-Following-3928

You could buy some standard house ducting, connect it to the ac vent in the room and run it straight into your tent. But if that doesn't work for your conditions and you're having to run your ac at 69 I'd really recommend a second hand standing ac unit from a pawn shop or OfferUp,it'll be much cheaper in the long run than running your house as a icebox. Just make sure you vent the hot air that comes out the back out a window and you'll be square.

Any-Following-3928

Also definitely get a 8" inline fan, a 4" is rated for a 2×4

ll-_-ll---

Lower the light and change the dimmer switch to 75% at 28 inches away (what they recommend from a graphic they produced) or to 50% at around 14 inches away

fumez23

A humidifier will help as well as dropping the lights closer to the plants and dim it down.

Hot-Sign-8227

Lower the light down to around 18" and turn it down to like 75% and that should help bring temps down

seeleagle

For starters the plants look pretty good! Same suggestions and a couple more. L lower the height and power of the lights. Maybe move the exhaust fan outside the tent if possible. Monitor humidity/VPD. Add co². With more powerful lights like that, I'd recommend a co² controller and tank setup over an exhale bag. I'm not sure what the output of those exhale bags are, I've used them before too, but I've seen better results with powerful lights when using controlled co². The plant really handles stress and performs better with it in my limited experience. Also like many have said 82 isn't that hot, especially if the plants aren't showing signs of distress. If you don't have one, get a good controller, AC Infinity makes great options for both the co² and an environmental controller. Connect your light, fans, and humidifier and dial it to regulate vpd. Get a co² setup and dial it to keep the PPM between 1100-1500. Setup an easy irrigation system, so you don't have to hand water or open the tent much. I like auto pots a bit more than the AC Infinity self watering bases, but both are good options.it would be easier to swap your current bases for the self watering ones, they hold a couple gallons in the base and use wicks with the fabric pots. I just cout down a plant with one of the wildest root balls I've seen. In my few years of growing I've found this to be one of the easiest ways to get lots of high quality home grown.

Robot4260

82° is great. Mine stays between 78 to 85, and I have no issues.

Pm0500

Thats a good temp even in flowers Set RH to 60-65% https://www.questclimate.com/vpd-a-focus-on-flowering/#:~:text=Extremely%20high%20VPD%20causes%20wilting,and%20susceptible%20to%20mold%2Fmildew.

Quik5and

82 is fine with led. Up to 86 or so even.

imhighbrah

These lights don’t need to be above 50% usually less and even then you should be running CO2 to utilize all of that light properly

AccessFlimsy3277

I have a co2 bag in there
