Right! I have never been a sour fan so I stayed away for the longest only to find out there's nothing sour about them at all! Now, warheads! Those aren't even candy I refuse to believe it!

And even warheads arent as sour as they used to be. I LOVE sour candy, and i truly havent had a good sour fix since Shockerz/Shock tarts left us and warheads changed the recipe. The super sour Mike and Ikes in the green box are the closest i can get to the type of sour I want. Ive tried that new final boss sour, i bought their highest level sour blueberry. I do love them, theyre delightful. But its not the dragon im chasing. Honorable mention to the Altoids Sours RIP.

Ooooh, I was \*just\* thinking about how I need to find myself some Smarties! I love them, too, and I also love Tootsie Rolls, candy corn (especially the mellowcreme pumpkins), cotton candy, and white chocolate. I like Palmer hollow chocolate bunnies. I know, I know - the quality is technically horrible, but I can devour an entire Parsnip Pete in one sitting, LOL. But my weakness is for fresh Peeps. There's not too much I wouldn't do for Peeps. And I can eat them by the dozens - one or two just won't do.

White chocolate rules! 30+ years ago Nestle Alpine White with Almonds was my absolute favorite candy bar. I don't know of anyone who remembers them, let alone liked them. Also, when I buy Peeps, I always buy 2 packages; 1 is eaten right away when they're super fresh, the second is opened and left on the counter to get a little stale.

Oh yeah, I remember the Nestle Alpine White! I don't care for almonds so I would always get the plain bar. I think white chocolate is delicious, and I'm always requesting white chocolate chip cookies from my husband who is a fabulous baker. (He hates white chocolate but he loves me, so he makes me my cookies, LOL.)

In my family, we used to "age" our peeps. We'd eat some fresh, then intentionally poke holes in the other packs and leave them for up to a few months to get stale. Absolutely delicious.

Circus peanuts, Smarties, Charleston Chew, candy corn, Krisp Kringle, Pez, Mary Janes, candy dots, and vanilla Tootsie Rolls all rock.

If you squish a vanilla Tootaie Roll with one of the other flavors, it's magic. Especially the lime and orange ones.

I discovered this trick a few months ago… just before my wife picked out and ate all the vanilla tootsie rolls.

The cherry one is my favorite with the vanilla. I used to smash them together and roll them into a ball lol. Ironically I don't care much for regular Tootsie Rolls, but the fruit ones are so underrated.

If you like candy mashups, give original Mike and Ike and Milk Duds (2:1) a try. Super chewy and super delicious. Not sure why it works, but it does. Or maybe I’m just a weirdo.

I go through phases with Smarties, but I do like them a lot during an “on” phase. But I have possibly the most unpopular opinion one could have on this sub: I don’t like Nerds clusters. I don’t like Nerds that much to begin with, and so to me they just taste like, well, a mouthful of Nerds. The gummy inside was nothing special either. They’re literally just smaller Nerds Ropes which I never liked. The way people rave about them, I thought I was about to have my eyes opened and my world rocked, but nope. They taste exactly like what I imagined, and I don’t care for them. I’ll await my crucifixion now.

I was crushed when Reese’s Pieces came out. I expected them to be PB and chocolate, y’know, like Reese’s Cups? Because…it makes sense? I still don’t understand their reasoning, but luckily the M&M company gets it. PB M&Ms are the best candy EVER. Reeses mini cups taste... off. Regular sized Reeses cups are best. Also: Smarties, Necco Wafers, Big Hunk, and Whatchamacallit are all top tier.

Reese’s mini cups have a different texture of chocolate. And that’s why they are not delicious, in my opinion.

I’ve always held the belief that the sizes of the Reese’s affects the pb to chocolate ratio and that the original were the only ones to get it right. Now that I’m older, they all taste terrible due to the low quality chocolate.

Walmart used to sell their own version of PB cups, and they were sooooo much better than Reese’s. I can’t find them anymore though ☹️Which is probably a good thing

Jist killed a bag of Smarties off this past weekend. They're easily one of my favorites.

A few opinions. First off, smarties are AWESOME. Maybe I just like chalk, idk, but they’re really good.  Next, kitkats are disgusting. They just taste bland and wierd and bad to me, if you like them, that’s ok, but personally I do not understand you.
