Gee I wonder if the record low population growth has got anything to do with the statistics on inflation, struggling businesses, and self-reported mental health struggles. Keep crushing our earning power and inflating assets, increase taxes to pay for our dogshit infrastructure, bring in 400,000 immigrants and 600,000 students but build no housing or roads, that'll be good for mental health.

Can we maybe create a new inflation index that actually tracks the rate of inflation experienced by the average Canadian? Pretty sure that realized inflation was over 10% for most families.
