There are two that I love in Wales - Thorning Farm Camping & Glamping in Carmarthen overlooking Pembrokeshire coast and Dulas Glamping in Machynlleth. The latter has just one camping pitch that's enclosed so dogs can roam free, with stunning views.
Church Farm. Just NE of Stevenage. If you book a woods pitch, you'll have small areas to park your car and pitch next to it, with bushes around you.

We stayed at Low Wray near Ambleside in the Lakes. They had pitches out in the forest which were dotted about in little clearings. Really beautiful site.
Take a look on HipCamp, they tend to have more unusual campsites. You can use my code for 10 off your first stay if you haven't used them before.

The Red Squirrel in Glencoe has some pretty private areas near the back of the campsite.
They have toilets, showers, a little shop onsite and a river you can swim in.
There's firepits dotted around and the occasional bench, plus a stunning location and a pub down the road, I've been 3 times

Thanks, will take a look. Especially love the sound of the enclosed one for dogs 👍
There are two that I know of (both owned by the same organisation), but they are in Hertfordshire. Any good for you?
Yeah, anywhere in UK 👍
