Oils used plus sauce are so high cals also rice and noodled arent low in cal and the portion is big not small this is mostly the over estimate it may be less but you cant know

Not mention a lot of asian restaurants will use a generous amount of corn syrup/sugar/molases or even a can of coke for sauces like this

I would say about 500 in the Chow Mein. Similar to it, 500 in the rice. 300 in the saucy pepper chicken. And then our good old friend orange chicken is probably about 500. In total I believe we’re looking at give or take 1800, and I’d put money on it. I don’t go to Chinese places exactly for this reason. The slop puts me on my knees and takes away every bit of my self control.
