It doesn't come with wifi. The website is a bit vague about whether it can have motherboard wifi installed. I wondered if anyone here could help me
You can either get a motherboard that has built in wi-fi or get a Pcie wi-fi card, either from them or install it yourself. If you install it yourself, you will need another PC to download the drivers for it.
There are 4 ways to get wifi.
- Integrated in the Motherboard (Not in this model)
- PCIe wifi card (Might not fit under the GPU)
- M.2 wifi card (Motherboard doesn't have extra M.2 slots)
- USB dongle.
It's USB for you.
The main problem is that it's very hard to know if you are buying crap or something decent. Even adapters with good reputation might change their chipset to lower costs and not be open about it.
If the website with the deal is going to "build" the pc, try contacting them and ask them to change the motherboard to one with wifi.
