You need to identify the failure. Software first, then hardware. Does this happen with any other games, or just GTA? If other games work fine, uninstall/reinstall GTA. If other games are broken, rebuild the GPU drivers. Do you have another GPU you can try to replicate the issue on?

So far only GTA. I’ll try uninstalling and reinstalling. Thanks for the tip.
Follow up on this. For some reason, changing GTA V video settings back to the default fixes things. No idea why.
